Refund policy
If you have to return an item, send it to us at Hinsdale Fine Jewelry within 30 days of your invoice date (does not include shipping time) and let us know that you plan to return an item and a reason why. Please be sure to email or phone us before shipping back your item/s or we cannot accept responsibility for your return. You will be sent a prompt refund once the item is received. The item/s returned to us must be in new and original packaging. Please make sure your invoice is attached. Package the item similar to what you received it in and send it to us via FedEx.
